Your Game Master will be hard at work making sure your team is having the smoothest experience possible, so leave the camera watching to them. Besides, you can always ask them for their observations when the game has concluded.<\/p>\n
There\u2019s usually one or two players that immediately take charge in a team-building event. It\u2019s important to observe how they do this. Are they listening to everyone\u2019s ideas? Are they delegating tasks effectively? You can easily spot some leadership strengths and faults in an Escape Room setting.<\/p>\n
Look for the players that speak up when they have a new idea. It can also be easy to spot someone who is holding their tongue when they might have the right answer. This can help you identify who on your team might be holding back important ideas in your workplace. Take this opportunity to lift them up and encourage them that they can make an impact!<\/p>\n
